Has anyone else had a problem when filling out the form for the COUNCILS gardens/alotments in bloom competition when i fill out the form when you click on send it comes up the next page blank so i am not sure if i have entered the sompetition or not?
any ideas? suggestions ???
i have tried filling out the form on my main computer and also my laptop both of them come up blank page after i fiull out the form and Click on send?

any ideas most appreciated many thanx
