The Annual General Meeting of the Federation of Edinburgh and District Allotments and Gardens Associations will take place at 7pm on Tuesday 20th October 2009 at the Southside Community Centre, 117 Nicholson Street, Edinburgh.

Election of Management Committee

Date of Next Year's AGM.

Resolutions should be with Andrew Reid (Treasurer) by 16th October at the latest.
All affiliated Allotment Associations should be represented. Delegates should be notified to Andrew Reid by 16th October. Nominations to serve on the Management Committee and for Office Bearers should be with Andrew Reid by 16th October.
