In processing personal information, FEDAGA must comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018. We refer to this as data protection legislation.

- email address
- allotment site
FEDAGA process your data because you wish to join the association. We use this information to administer membership and to distribute a monthly electronic newsletter to our members and subscribers. The data will be maintained on a secure computer where access is controlled. All member’s data will be refreshed each year when new membership details are sent from Edinburgh Council following payment of the fees.
The newsletter is sent using a third-party bulk emailing facility. Every email sent contains a link to enable you to unsubscribe from the mailing list.
Complaints regarding FEDAGA's use of personal data should be communicated using the 'Contact Us' button below. This avoids the risk of Spam emails.
